1. Client shall pay According to Job Packages as registration fee. 
 

2. Registration fees is refundable (T & C apply). 
 

3. This Registration shall remain valid till the next NINE Months from the    date of starting of actual live commercial production and mutual              relations. After the completion and review of the performance and mutual relation, the same contract can be extended and renewed as desired by both the parties. 
 

 4. FINANCIALS: Total working days: According to your Job Packages. 
 

 5. PAYMENT SECURITIES: If client delivers the processed work as desired by him/her with 90%accuracy. The Company will pay 25%advance in next assignment. 
 

 6. PAYMENT: Payment of billing will be made after 2 - 4 commercial days of work submission reports.  
 

7. QUALITY CHECKING: Quality check report will be provided within 2 - 4 working days of after submitting quality checking fee@3k of the data transmitted in previous lot. 
 

 8. ACCURACY: Client agrees to deliver processed work with 80% accuracy then company makes full payment. Otherwise deduction will be made as…  
 
Between 80% – 70%- the deduction will be of 5 %,  
 

Between 70% – 60%- the deduction will be of 10 %,  
 

Between 60% – 50%- the deduction will be of 20 %,  
 

Between 50% – 40%- the deduction will be of 30 %,  
 

Between 40% – 30%- the deduction will be of 40 %.

9. CHANCES: If accuracy level is below 30%, no payments will be made to Client for that lot/month work and the Company will not give any work in further months to client.    
 

10. a) In any case client doesn’t submit the work according to the instruction (Given by company)

(b) The due date, time & incomplete Then company will terminate the client account without any notice and will not issue work further & security money will be forfeited by company.  
 

11. If the client uses OCR converter or any other software (for the typing work) then company have to cancel your registration fees without any notice.  
 

12. In case Company is unable to get work from the PRINCIPAL Company then the Company will give 15% compensation to Client equal to work of particular period at the time of final settlement of contract period.  
 

13. No modification of the term & conditions shall be valid unless it is written and signed by both the parties.Company create bank account for candidates also upto 4k.
 

14. *100% Registration fees Refundable in that case if achieve the accuracy level above 90% for continues 2 assignments. 
 

 15. Any dispute arising out of this term & conditions during the contractual period would be dealt within the jurisdiction of the competent courts at NEW DELHI

Frequently Asked Questions  
 

(1) Is there any skill required to work?  
Yes, Skills are required like typing speed at least 20 – 35 WPM so you can work fast. Computer Knowledge of at least MS-Office, Windows and Internet Is required. Internet is required just for downloading work files which hardly takes 15 minutes.  
 

(2) What will be the Format of Work?  
We Will Provide you a .PDF FILE, Which You have to Convert in MS-word File by typing only.  
 

(3) What will be the exact content of the work files?  
Time is very important & precious for everyone, Same for these companies they don’t want you to waste time in creating tables & editing different text symbols etc. The work is very simple, just plain text matters. No symbols, No equations, No tables, No images. So that you can type fast & can submit the work fast.  
 

(4) What is the Accuracy level required for getting payment?  
Payment terms is different for each plan, please read the different working plans >>  
 

(5) Can I Use Software for this work?  
No, you are not allowed to use any software for converting image file to MS-Word. If found, we will terminate you. Because when you use software’s it changes the Ms-Word file codes which is not visible to us. Also, these files will be immediately rejected by company systems.  
 

(6) After submitting the work in time, When I’m going to get Accuracy/Checking report & Payment?  
 

After submission of your work within 2 working days you will get the Accuracy report to your Email Address & payment if any, will be sent to your address.  
 

(7) What If I fail in the Job work?  
If you fail, to complete the work than then company give you work again for corrections .  
 

(8) When the Company will pay me?  
All payments are released within 2 days of your work submission. Suppose you took plan 1 of 15 days for ex. on 10-1-2015, and you submitted it on 25-1-2015, then on or before 27-2-2015 you will get your payment. However, delay may happen due to postal delay or any national holiday. We send all payments by priority speed post or as indicated in Point No.8   
 

(9) Do you provide me any Instructions on How to perform the work?  
Yes, we will provide you a step-by-step instruction file with work.  
 

(10) What about the registration fees?  
The registration fees are one time (Life Time) refundable fees. Read the different working plans >>  
 

(11) After submitting the job work when I’m going to get next job work and payment?  
 

Regular Job Work: After submission of Job work within given time period as per the Plan, within 2 working days you’ll get next job work and payment.  
 

(12) What if I submit the Job work within given time limit?  
If you submit job work within time limit for ex.15 days’ work in 2 days than within 3 days from the submission date you will get report, payment & next job works.  
 

(13) Yes, I’m interested to do this Offline Data Entry Job? What will be my next step?  
 

Good. Just fill up the registration form, select the plan you are interested in, send it along with prescribed payment to Data Type Home, New Delhi, India. On receiving the same we’ll send you, your work & Server Link from where you can download your work files.  
 

 (14) After getting registered How I’m going to get my work?  
On getting Registered, within 24 hrs we’ll send a server link, you have to just click that link & using the Username & Password supplied by us you can download your work files in no time & Get Set Go.
